Mariette Stoltz has obtained a BSc Pharm , BSc Honns (Industrial Pharmacy), MSc Pharm, University Diploma in Pharmacology, as well as DSc Pharm degrees.

She is a member of the PSSA, and has gained experience in the Pharmaceutical industry in pharmaceutical product development for the past seven years before she started as a lecturer and senior lecturer in chemistry and pharmaceutical chemistry at Pretoria Technikon, for 18 years.

Mariette has been the Managing Director of the Institute for Pharmaceutical Services since 1996. The Institute renders a service to the pharmaceutical industry in terms of pharmaceutical and chemical analysis as required by the MCC or requested by a client.
